Jardín is a small pueblo in Colombia 2.5-hour drive from Medellín. The name “Garden” is fitting because of its rich agricultural produce and stunning landscape. If you don’t have time to visit Salento (the more popular coffee town), Jardín is a great alternative. Come here for a real taste of Colombian coffee, architecture, and cable-car rides! We planned to hike to the cave (Hernan Cueva del Esplendor) but the rain wasn’t in our favor. Oh well, next time.
You can take the bus from Medellín to Jardín easily at Terminal Del Sur. Along Dusty Roads has a more comprehensive post on Jardín here.
